I worked at Airbnb for 5 years. During my journey, I was able to unlock my skills when it comes to hospitality.
I worked as Support Ambassador for 3 years, wherein I was able to experience how to deal with the Host and Guest concerns such as cancellation, alteration request, early/ late Check outs request, handled review disputes concerns, missing key/fob concerns, managing Host calendar, answering guest and host inquiries, handled damage claims submitted by the host, and a lot more.
During my journey as a Team Leader/ Supervisor, I was able to make sure that my team is aligned with the standard procedure and meeting all the metrics set by the client. Doing coaching for my agents to check with their knowledge about the account, discussing their opportunities and how to improve for a better score, handling Supervisor calls for host and guest Supervisor requests to address the escalated concern.
