About The Role
We are looking for as a Sales Manager to join our organization at the forefront of carving out the next generation of recruitment software, designed to make a significant impact on the industry.
The role of the Sales Manager is to engage prospects and achieve sales progress with a broad number of opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.
Specific Responsibilities
-Own the entire sales process from prospect to close
-Respond directly to all sales opportunities with a focus on breaking into new markets
-Manage your own leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals
-Must have the ability to articulate our value proposition and educate clients around the power of our platform
-Generates new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals
-Developing, negotiating and structuring long-term relationships with clients
-Submits standard sales metrics, such as, weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and expense reports on a regular and timely basis
-Staffing and Recruiting market knowledge is preferred; Search Marketing industry experience advantageous but not mandatory
-Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company)
-Experience with all MS office applications, a CRM software, and a proven ability to be resourceful leveraging technology and web platforms for enhanced due diligence
-Team player mentality with the ability to partner with internal and external partners
-Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, confidence
-Must have proven leadership skills in both independent and team environments
-Quota carrying sales experience ideally in online media, software, software-as-a-service (SaaS) or other subscription based services
-Demonstrated strength in building and managing relationships along with presenting to a diverse audience from product management, business development, engineering and C-level executives
-Candidate must be familiar and have had experience selling enterprise high tech solutions to retailers and brands; leading the day-to-day sales initiatives.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and be base salary plus commission.
