154775 hosting install

okay im looking to have my website set up on a server. I already have the hosting set up, and the website is on my hard drive. however I dont know much about installing the website onto the host so I need someone else to do it. this job is as easy as they come and i wouldnt be advertising it except my developer has gone AWOL.
