Script for Amazon Price check

I'm in competition with other sellers to sell the same product. Sample here, not actual product: http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0000531GD/ref=dp_olp_new_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=new The first place is taken by a seller that offers best price (product price + shipping price). I would like to be able to get email alerts when someone, other then me, get's to spot #1. The alert should tell me: Product name that seller's name. Product price, shipping price and Total price Difference between my Total Price and their new Total price. This should work for my 30-40 products and any future ones. I would enter the link to the product and it's should be enough. Not sure how ofter the page can be scanned for this, but I would like it to be as often as it can so that I know of any changes right away. Let me know your proposals and ideas.
