CEO for 1keyword for a website with PR5

Hello Fellows, I have a website, with PR:5. The website, is VERY Search-Engine-Optimized already, and with nice level of back-links. The website also achieve a very nice level on Google search results for the meant keyword. But, I still want it to rank second after google itself (it's now 3rd) The targeted keyword is: trgmh (with Arabic letters) Means: translation (Those who speak Arabic will get it).
