Promotion & Traffic For An Image Sharing/Hosting Website

We are looking to promote a brand new image hosting/sharing website similiar to Tinypic.com. We will require the following: 1) Social Network promotion to drive traffic to the site 2) Search engine/directory submission 3) Forum/directory/signature posting 4) Link building to promote traffic 5) Any promotion methods catered to image hosting/sharing websites 6) Promotion/Traffic must be AdSense friendly 7) Absolutely no black-hate methods of promotion 8) Traffic must consist of real unique visitors. We are not interested in advertising on PTC sites or websites like them. Our goal is to drive 1 million unique visitors to the site per month, working up to that over the next few months. If the service is quality and the goal is reached, this will turn into an on-going monthly service we'll need from the bidder. Our price range is less than $100, and this will be the monthly rate we will pay if the goal is reached and the traffic is of quality standards.
