SEO expert for a small B2B website

Hello, I need to hire one seo expert to improve the ranking of this website [login to view URL] as a first step of collaboration. I have yet one idea of two sets of B2B keywords which are strategic for me and for which competition is not too much hard. The website was implemented with WP and is not so badly designed for seo purpose. As I'm targeting the french market I will work with the provider to produce content in the right language. Please, I dont look for advices for beginners and ready to use methodologies that fit for all. I'm able to write good press releases and blog articles by myself and to post them at the right place.
