SEO, Link-building for Skin care website

Hello, We are after some quality SEO work for our website, www.uandinatural.com. These are the keywords that we will be targeting: Natural Skin Care Australian Skin Care Skin care online Skin care products australia Natural skin care products Anti-Aging cream Anti Ageing cream These are the types of keywords we will be targeting. I want SEO services for 3-6 months, and I would like the bid to be per month. I want the following services; ADVICE on on-site optimisation, meta-tags, picture tags- only our web-designer can make some changes that are usually listed as SEO services that are provided, so we want you to reccommend the changes, then we get our web-guy to make the changes. Relevant Link Building- we do not want to be penalised by google for dodgy link building, databases must be valid and related to skin care, beauty etc. Article submission- We would ask that you provide a sample of what type of article you want to submit, but then send it to us so we can check it over before it is published on any site, this is very important, we do not want people publishing dodgy articles on the internet without us checking first. Forum posting and Blog submissions- Once again, we would like to know what you plan to submit, and how you would write them, before we allow you to go posting things in our name. Social Media- We already have a Facebook and Twitter Page, we would be interested to see what other Social media/bookmarking techniques you plan on using, and would want to oversee the creation of those pages.
