Simple parser which will find text on websites.

Hello. I have a list of domains. Your program need to download and parse them and get "TRUE" or "FALSE" if there is string (I'll tell you later, what exactly string I need) at the index page of website. It'll be great if you can make this program using C#. Things you shold know: 1) I have list of 5 millions domains in .txt file. You can convert it to SQL. 2) Program should save TRUE and FALSE domains in different .txt files. 3) You can use WinForms, ConsoleApplication or WPF. It doesn't matter. 4) Also you can use Regular Expressions or whatever you want. 5) I need a freelancer with the lowest rates. 6) I have a budget = 15$. 7) I don't like robots. When you will apply, please, write "I read and understand the information!". 8) Program should be done in 2-3 days.
