Update output screens of current program

I have all the source files for a program we use to track students as the progress though a hands on exam. The output screen needs adjusting. The "second window" needs to have a feature removed, and have the font size fixed. The font needs to adjust to the largest font based on the amount of content on the screen. I have attached to source code. It needs to run on windows 8 and xp after compiled. Please review the source files before bidding. I understand that the person who made it did not comment it out very well. Do not ask me to release funds before it is done. If you do, I will report you to freelancer. I have had had money stolen from me too many times in the past. I will only release funds when I am satisfied with the output screens. If you can figure out the source code, I may have other revision that will need to be made in the future. Please ask all questions prior to bidding on the job.
