QT application. Cross platform notification system required

I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on client side, and I am very proficnet in qt libraray. I used c++ to make many great projects, for example, I made the tools which can convert java files to c++ scripts which has the same effect, of course garbage collection included. I also made our own mobile game using c++, I even can show you the demo of client. Trust me, please let expert help you.

There are few notification systems already available and also implemented in qt. I can do the functional implementation of this project. Hope you have the all graphics design for the system. Hello. I've experienced in programming with Qt4/Qt5. Unfortunately, I haven't got a MAC PC. I can fix problems remotely, though. I have one question: does notification have to look similar in all OSs (background color, button's shape, font and so on)?

I am expreienced Qt developer, I had written few Qt projects. Two of them were a controller for wood dryer. Next was file manager. That was the biggest projects written by me in Qt. I had seen specification in Your project and I think that I can do it for You.
