Need someone to build an application that will allow me to do the following: 1. Start program 2. import a CSV with list of 500 filenames,,,,,there are 2 columns. 1 column is"file [login to view URL]" and 2nd column is sub category name i.e. sports [login to view URL],sports [login to view URL],food [login to view URL],tv [login to view URL],sports [login to view URL],tv 3. Select the folder path with all the files inside it. 4. Run The application will match and sort the files in the folder into sub categories based on the CSV
