hello After reading your description. I understand that you are using AMS or WMS or Red5. Yes we can optimize your server, before that i would like to know which server you are using. As of now above mentioned all servers provides and supports mobile device live stream. Except Red5 which is open source, so no Support. Share more details about your current prototype than i can give exact time frame for project.
