Fix PACER Python Script

There is a Python script at [login to view URL] that logs into PACER and can perform certain actions. Due to a change in authentication (such as the main login is now [login to view URL] instead of the older [login to view URL] I need this script fixed to work with the new authentication scheme. Though I am paying for the project here, all code will be fed into a new gitorious or github project under the original project's license.
