I need a simple windows application to be created. The application requirements: a single windows where the end user will enter a nomination form for an award. an admin menu where the appropriate personnel with administrative rights are able to triage the recommendation it will be a 3-level approval process. all information must be read/write from a sql server database I will give more detailed requirement when you are selected Delivery must includes the completed visual studio solution with well-documented code.
