Asterisk system to deliver a PIN code to mobile users

The solution that I'm able to develop will have two parts. The web application that will receive request with details of the mobile number and the pin and then it will connect to asterisk to dial that number. The asterisk part, that will dial and when the call is answered we play the message and the pin. The asterisk can use sip or any other trunk to connect the call. Also there is already recordings for every digits so we can use it for pin. Also we can configure the solution to dial few times in case that the number we dial is not answering. The solution has no limit per calls and it will support the required number of calls. The bid is for project development and installation and for a week of support.

I can build this sytem without a problem. I have been working with Asterisk since shortly after its inception. I have built many different auto dialer systems that range from phone broadcast systems to queue-based callback systems that allow users to retain their place in a call center queue. I have over 8 years of experience on Asterisk / Freepbx/ IVR and AGI scripting. I can setup this IVR that play PIN to the customer. Text to Speech Engine like Cepstral can be used for real person voices. Lets discuss.
