Bind chrome extension to .exe for a silent installation

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I have 2 chrome extensions. What you have to do is combine those 3-4 extensions into a silent install .exe file. It should be such that when the user runs the exe the extensions would automatically and silently get installed on their pc without them knowing.
