I have expertise in software engineering, AI programs, and a solid academic foundation in Machine Learning, Databases system, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Transfer Learning, Reinforcement Learning, AI for Healthcare and Computer Science over a great experience in conceptual continuity in academic and professional exposure in the field. Moreover, I have ability to adapt to new situations. Proof of my ability to adapt can be found in my research publications immediately after earning my Masters. Proof of my success in these areas can be found in my having conducted research work during this period focused mostly on (1) machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP); (2) planning and decision-making in uncertainty. While pursuing my Masters, my research focuses on designing new machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, medical image processing, and signal processing, methods for analyzing and utilizing complex, large-scale time-series datasets.
My thesis title was "Educational Conversational Solution Using Contact Center AI." I developed a framework to provide an additional way to handle the inquiries requested by the students during admission times towards the administrative staff, as it is not possible to handle all the queries of the students because there is a need to hire too many employees to entertain all students, which is not feasible for all educational institutions.
