Convert a completed Visual Studio 2010 Project application to work with Windows 8 & Windows 10

In 2011, I completed a Visual Studio VB projected application called Bible Quiz plus. The program is an interactive Bible, Bible Quiz, and storybook PC based application. I was able to get it to work fine on PCs up to Windows 7, but through the years with the upgrades and modifications of the software infrastructure I did not keep up. I am now into working full time and have lost alot of my programming skills. I need a Visual Studio savy person to take my completed Visual Studio VB project and do whatever it takes to modify the package in order for it to work on the latest Visual Studio platform. I also need the project contractor to share with me what it will take for me to purchase in order to have the necessary Visual Studio version/platform in order to maintain the project after they are completed bringing the files and package up to date to the latest Visual Studio platform. Also, integrated into the Bible Quiz plus application is a storybook called "The Horse and the Fox" it was also produced in a separate Visual Studio 2010 Professional application project as a stand alone storybook. I also need to have this standalone storybook that I want to upgrade to work with Windows 8 & 10 and MAC if possible. Remember these are completed works. They use (7) Microsoft Access Jet Engine database files for the bible quiz portion and the Bibles. I would like for the applications to continue to work with the .mdb files, but if you have the skills to convert the application to work with a SQL conversion that would be fantastic. Of course I would be willing to pay more for the SQL conversion of the database manipulation. If you have the skills to convert the completed project over to an Apple or Android App I would be willing to pay for that service as well.
