Cryptocurrency Exchange platform

We want to build an exchange platform of bitcoin and Ethereum to Fiat curraency. Below is the high level product scope. 1. Build a portal marketplace which can exchange Bitcoin and Ethereum and which will be directly integrated with Bitcoin and Ethereum protocalls. 2. Create volt and storage for Bitcoin and Ethereum inhouse. 3. Create Wallet for Bitcoin and Ethereum and bidding process 4. Product will be launched in four different countries and fiat currencies 5. There will be android and ios app for platform You must have experience with TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, NTP, and the Bitcoin and Ethereum protocol. You should be able to parse complex binary data structures to write code that directly reads and writes to the Blockchain and you must know enough cryptography to understand the tools used in the Bitcoin protocol (ECDSA, SHA-256, etc) Bids will be considered only if you have prior experience and reference able with your credentials in your past projects with cryptocurrency.
