I proprietary Hex File (maybe Intel format, but not sure) and have binary files. I would like to convert 1 binary file to this hex file format. The binary files are used to upgrade from Windows Mobile and the Hex files to upgrade from Windows CE. My purpose is to change the operating system from WindowsCE to Windows Mobile. So with this conversion, I would be able to load the Windows Mobile file in the hex file on the Windows CE.
