I am interested in developing a software that will operate in Cloud Azure. The software should have a similar interface like the picture below. This software will use data that are locally stored in an sql server. The local software is designed to be used by accountants. The accountants enter in this software sale invoices, purchase invoice, expenses etc of their customers. This software scans the document and extracts the relevant information from the document (date, invoice number, seller's details etc) it also saves the document in a .bmp format in the local sql database giving an automated name. I would like all these data to be transfered to cloud. So in the cloud there will be the customer's general info (name, address, IRS number etc). Linked with the customers info there will be all the documents the accountant scans and refer to him. The software I need to be developed should be able to retrieve and display the bmp file using different criteria (seller, date, IRS number etc). Some more functions that the software should have are to calculate the expenses, the income and the VAT during a period of time. Also, to calculate the turnover, the payments or the balance for a particular seller over a period of time. Finally, it should be designed to prepare 4 different types of print outs in pdf format which the user should be able to save at the cloud too. The data for every customer of the any accountant is stored in a different database inside the sql. Finally, the software should be capable to be set up so different accountants will use the software for their customers. Obviously, every customer will have different username/password and will have access only to his data while every accountant with his username/password will have access to all of his customers. The menus of the software should be in Greek but if they are developed in xml I can do the translation. Best regards.
