Inventory Software

PROJECT DESCRIPTION 1. Items entering option with date of purchase , actual price of the item & selling price of the items with both retail & selling prices should be [url removed, login to view] code reading & generation ability should also be there in the software along with manually entering the data . 2. items searching option by name, company or by date of purchase & selling. 3. Automatic bill calculation on entering all items, when bill is calculated then there should be 3 options given Payment by Cash. a) there should be option of searching customers by name , date , amount, Mobile # and address should open. b) Invoice cancellation option c) Invoice Print: Titles, QR code(date+time+#Invoice,numbers) , #Invoice, date, time, Cliente name , ID, Description, sum, tot, CODE Control, user, and others titles (see example) 4. Daily sale report with items id, names, price, 5. Invoice generation for customers when clicked on save and print bill. 6. Invoice editing option if any item or items are returned. 7. Inventory:Stock availability , how much stock is available & how much remaining . 8. Inventory:Stock searching option. 9 Inventory:Alert or pop up should generate when an item or items are going to be out of stock. 10. inventory: Add new items, modify and delete 11. Any other thing related to POS [url removed, login to view] of roles and users 12. Bar code reading & generation ability in the software. 13. Print actual receipts on thermal printers 14. Back up system, the software should remind the admin to create back up of data at least once in every week. 15. Different users creation option with different roles, means staff boy should be given an account for entering items and invoice generation etc and financial reports and facility should be available to admin only. 16. There should be a separate tab to edit Name of Company, Address and other details that appear on customer's receipts or bills, details configure - The application must have control of customers and suppliers - The invoice will be including QR, which was mentioned in the first part - The source code and scripts required (QT/C++ + DB postgres for windows) - Examples of system interfaces are sent, see the attachment - We need an additional 6 days for testing the application after the final version delivered - more detail I'll send we prefer the database Postgres or MySQL Language: QT/C++
