Hi, I have been working with Cisco VoIP since 2001 and Asterisk and freepbx ,trixbox, elastix since 2007. for reference : I have recently implemented a nagios based monitoring setup to monitor around 30 Asterisk servers for a client on this freelancer.com website. Sir i have experience to install snmpstats module . pike module is also use for bandwidth monitoring .

Have used Kamailio and OpenSIPS for several years in commercial/carrier applications and would be available for future projects as well. After briefly discussing your expectations and your existing configuration, I would make a list of deliverables and begin work immediately.
