Hello, I've much experience on web scraping specially in python scripts, all the points you asked is what I've been experienced for years (except for point 4) , point 4 should be a Javascript API that can be worked in web browser emulator. I'm guessing that you would like to scrape data on Google, I'm having lots of experiences on that, using rotated proxies and binding certain session(cookie) that can fetch data properly without incurring I/P block.
