Hi there I can build an Azure application for you that pulls email data from a configured list of users, and places it in Azure SQL. I would use the Graph API to pull info from the Exchange Online instance and write it to Azure SQL. The app would be implemented as an Azure App Service webjob, running every few minutes across the configured list of users. For my bid I will create this app for you, and provide you detailed instructions on how to install it. You will need an Azure subscription to run the application. If that's a problem, let me know then I can provide a version that you can use on-premise.
