Hi, I am an IoT developer and consultant. I have extensively worked on boards like RaspberryPi, Arduino etc in last 5 years. I can build a solution using python to control USB ports of raspberry pi. It can remote read or write into the serial port. The solution can also be build using AWS IoT or Azure IoT platform, leveraging serverless implementation of MQTT protocol.
