Screen+Sound Recorder via command line

Hello, I am expert with Visual Studio 2015 C++. I think I would use it. There could be several inputs for video and sounds. So, I think, we have to configure it in some way. I suggest using a win32 application. I would use direct show or ffmpeg. Best Regards.

Not sure if I understand the project enough. You expect a command line program(exe file) that records desktop screen and sound from waveIn device? Or a complete (Spyware like) program with stealth and ability to upload recorded files? I placed the bid for first case.
