I would like to have a form application where there are some black shapes. And when I approach to these shapes more than 10 pixels with my mouse, the right channel of my headphone will start to play a wav file. Until the distance is 3 pixels the wav file should play at half power. When the distance is 3 pixels or less it should play at full power. The shapes are drawn arbitrarily by me. The code should be ready for me to add the shapes in the form window. And when the drawing is finished by me the code should be ready for the end users via an executable program. The movements of the mouse should be recorded in a text file for the following analysis. Please contact me to discuss about the recognition of the black shapes.

Hi i am professional c# developer, I have lots of experience in c# programming, As i read project details at first it looks project of 50 $ no dout. but in end you have requirement that you should be able to drow the shapes , i have done one program recently where user is able to create GUI of form dynamically and use it afterword for there purpose. So for that task bid is should be 100 $ in total . And more i don't get idea of what shapes you want to draw , pleae message me and explain me more. Any way i am tecnicaly vary strong in c# to do any thing that i understand by functionality point of view . in you project 1st point is understude and can be done in short time but need explanation for 2nd point. waiting for your message.
