I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. Build a C# app for Azure Web services Asp.net that calls the Azure Rate card RESTFUL API. Add a UI to this web app Create a data import for an Excel file Manipulate the Excel file's data to be calculated against the rate card API to return pricing Create a report that is web based and a downloaded word or PDF file.
