Admin panel & front end panel needed for user management

Need a user management admin panel & front end panel for a photography flash site http://www.zachlasryphoto.com. Visit [login to view URL] click client login option enter Example as a username it will open up a page which includes photos of all of our clients. What we need is that we can create a username for our client so that they can view their page which includes their photos. Also we need a pricing page similar to this [login to view URL] (go to About, and then Pricing, and then click on PURCHASE). Need to complete it within 15 days.
