microsoft Acess search form by date range and keyword

I have a simple database with a table that has data. I want to create a form to be able to search through the data. the search criteria should be, First a user selects a date range and clicks update. all data in that date range is displayed. then he can search through the displayed data using a keyword in one of the table fields. only single keyword the form must have a login and user management. an administrator to add other users to the form. and an audit trail of all logins attached is the simple database a very simple project
