I am very much know about MS-Office and Statistical package software such as SPSS,MINITAB,SAS,GAUSS,EVIEWS,R,SPECTRUM, and Database software, Mathematical software such as Maple , Math-lab, Mathematica. Othrewise I am also know about Programming Language such as FORTRAN, C , C++ and Graphics software. I seems to be appropriate this amount of bid. I think this is reasonable. Thanks

I am the best in Optimization. This Problem does not have Sufficient and necessary information. Please Explain and tell for what is this data? and what the problem is behind the data. If someone says that he can solve this problem without getting that information i think so is a lier and will cheet you with un-optimised tresults. I am the Best in Optimization, I have gone throught the data for many hours and i found no edge to start. Written Problem Statement is Extremely necessary.
