AWS Elastic IP Configuration for VPC - NEEDED TODAY!

I need someone to fix the configuration I have for my AWS EC2 VPC setup It's pretty basic if you know AWS VPC's, so I need someone that can enable 4 additional Elastic IP addresses so that they route correctly from the public internet to the instance. We have 1 of the 5 EIP's working, so I assume the error lies within either the: - Route Table - Subnet - Security Group (I doubt this is the issue since we are currently running a wide-open policy) For the person that knows how to do this, I think it will take about 20 minutes Basically we are trying to host 5 public/elastic IP addresses on 1 Medium instance We need this today!
