APPOINTMENT SETTER

Project: Call prospects to complete information sheet and set-up meeting with Realtor. No selling. Your assignment will be to call prospects that have requested information on homes listed for sale. These prospects are now receiving the information they requested daily via emails from Realtor. Your role will be as an "executive assistant" to Realtor. The objective is to complete information sheet on the prospect and set up a face-to-face appointment with the Realtor. These are warm leads, no cold calling required. We will make available names and phone numbers of prospects. It is imperative you are computer literate and have access to a broadband connection. You also must speak fluent (no accent) English, can make outbound calls during U.S. time (Eastern Standard) and have access to unlimited calling long distance service. You can work your own hours, taking into account some prospects will have unusual working hours. Since we are not looking for "sales" per se and your working hours are variable, compensation is on a per appointment basis. Before you are accepted for this position, we will need to talk personally with you. Scripting will be provided. If we work well together, this will be an ongoing project. This project is ideal for work-at-home moms, retirees or students.
