Limo and car Services Company located in Dedham, Massachusetts is looking for fluent and clear English telemarketer/call centers who will set up appointments for us to bid on Transportation services. WE WILL PAY PER QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT, and only per appointment. Seeking companies that can provide high quality leads. Please send your references with your Bids.
Appointment quality:
-Hotels, Restaurants, Hospital, Office Buildings where transportation services is not offered
* All type and rates of Hotels are acceptable.
- Frequency of Transportation – Anytime time during the 24 hours of the day.
-Target Markets – All commercial Business Buildings, Casinos, Hotels in Massachusetts, Restaurants.
-Target area: The entire Massachusetts with a concentration on the following cities:
A- Boston, MA
B- Dedham, MA
C- Wellesley, MA
D- Newton, MA
E- Watertown, MA
F- Foxboro, MA
G- Canton, MA
H- Framingham, MA
I- Needham, MA
J- All other cities should be considered but we don’t’ want to omit any of the above mentioned ones.
- Decision Maker – General Managers, Property Manager, Person in Charge, Business Owners, Resident, etc.…
-No shows from prospects = no appointment and therefore no payment.
Appointment missing: We will still pay for appointments we miss.
Time frame: From June December 31st, 2015 to January 31st, 2016.
This will be a pilot program, we are looking for 50 to 75 qualified appointments for the 30 days, BID PER APPOINTMENT, with a $8.00 bonus if we sign a contract. A Qualified appointment is described as an appointment at which the Operations Manager visits with a decision maker and submits a bid with that potential customer. If successful, a long term relationship may result with the telemarketer/call center.

All appointments should supply the following information:
1. Name of Decision Maker.
2. Contact Information of Decision Maker (ext., direct line, email, etc).
3. Company or prospect Name.
3. Street Address
5. City.
6. Zip Code.
7. Prospect’s specific needs.
8. Best time for Client Rep to Contact Decision Maker.
9. Current transportation services supplier (if any), and current frequency, How satisfied they are, issues/problems with current limo services provider and if possible, current costs.
10. Business Size (If Available)
Telemarketer/call center responsibilities and qualifications:
- Clear and fluent English.
- You need to log all call activity and record some conversation for our evaluation.
- You need to send call scrip for our approval/modification.
- Timely communication with us (we expect daily emails)
- Previous experience with Customer services preferably in marketing Transportation.
When you bid, bid the entire cost - we will not pay for telephone lines, telephone usage, or anything over what you bid (please include everything in a per appointment bid).
Payment Details:
*100% commission based telemarketing
*No upfront money or fees will be paid
*Payment is made each Friday (no later than 3 pm EST) for all scheduled qualified appointments for the previous 5 days.
