If I can see the files, I can give a proper estimate of how long it would take me to finish the project, but I think within a WEEK at the most. However, I have done some 3d printing projects, check out my portfolio, and usually use an .stl format for 3d printing, so am having trouble understanding why do you need a CAD file? I can do either way, regardless, just wanted to make it clearer.
