Your Sliding / unfolding solar panel rack will be designed and delivered ready for manufacture within 6 days. You have already supplied the sliding mechanism details which clearly provide enough sliding movement for the panels you have in mind, so your project basically just needs to have the housing frame designed and sliding rack put in place with allowed tolerance to make sure the items do not clash when unfolding. Everything will be modeled and simulated in 3D before any design work is finalized and you will be notified of progress at each stage.
