Re-design/edit 3D Drone Body (for prototyping and printing)

I'm Ujang from Indonesia, RnD mechanical engineer, so I design the mechanic include the manufacturable factor as well, instead of graphic design only. Greetings. I went through the website and got an overview about your whole startup. The stuff You guys are planning to do is phenomenal, Totally a situation where there is a brief interaction with the surroundings while playing the game. Very unique and interesting. I was a part of Team called - TEAM VIMAANAS (VIT) which competes in the Aero-design competition which takes place in USA every year. Although we have expertise in making Fixed wing UAV's where carrying maximum payload is the key to win. We often compromise with the rigidity and overall strength by using balsa since the aircraft Is not expected to complete more than 5-6 rounds. But while making a UAV for mass production, Its a masterpiece , A perfect balance between the strength and the performance (payload carrying capacity, speed etc). The problem faced by you are as follows- 1.) structure too weak. 2.) Design was too big and heavy. Since I have absolutely no idea about what material you are using for manufacturing the legs/ landing gear. But in order to withstand a heavy fall / crash , And if I assume the material is ABS , The design looks way too weak. A glass fibre might do the trick. I have a good amount of experience in both ansys (fluid flow/thermal/structural) and solidworks and even xflr5 . We actually used to build and test every design iteration to validate the simulation results. Please discuss the project further - crashing videos etc

Me imagino que quieren mantener el Águila como motivo principal del Dron, y diseñar desde ese punto. Unas de las cosas fundamentales es aclarar que plataforma de impresora 3d van a utilizar, pues el diseño de las piezas van a depender de eso, para que mecánicamente el dron sea resistente al vuelo rápido, a caídas y claro estéticamente bonito... Based on your load and robotic arm reach data, BOC (Bought Out Components) i.e. Gears, motors, etc. are to be selected since they are the main parts of your project.
