Good day. When provided with the 2D plans and descriptions, I will create a 3d model in sketchup, complete with detailing and textures. I will work the 3D model taking into consideration the following. * It will have layers so that you can take on and off the roof for example * It will have scenes recorded for you to easily walk through relevant points and paths of your house * It will have recorded within the scenes some sections cut throughs, so that you can better understand the design. Hi Johnsjen, How are you? I am a Building Designer locate in Sydney, Australia and can provide high quality renderings and drawings to your specific requirements. I have AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT certification and would use this software to build your new home in 3d then transfer to Autodesk specific viewer which I will then give you the software so you can view your model in 3d live on your computer. As far as adding things to the interior yourself this would not really be possible as you would need copies of the specific software used to create the model then learn how to use it (Autodesk REVIT 2014).
