Do some 3D Modelling / Photorealistic rendering of a house from a 2D drawing

I’m building a house, you'll find attached some screenshots of the current version of the plan (the full version in PDF contains much more detail) as well as something I did using sweet home 3D + some pictures of the land. I’d like a photo-realistic 3d rendering : - of the 4 sides of the house from outside (with the road, some trees, flowers, etc.) - 3 interior views from different angles with furnitures (I will give you some hints on what type of furniture and kitchen I like). …. and of course suggestions for improvements are more than welcome! (I have already some modifications in mind that I will tell you once you get hire) Let me know if you need anything else from me to assess the effort. Thanks
