Affiliate management system (JAM by JROX) is installed and configured - but I can't figure out how to use it. Need someone LOCAL who can SKYPE or phone to teach me what is still needed; perhaps create banners and script for affiliates. Ideally, I'd like someone who understands SPIRITUALITY and CONSCIOUS AGING and would like to become the top affiliate and be paid for all he/she recruits.

To be honest I never worked with JAM but I worked with "iDevaffiliate" and "Post Affiliate Pro" and the first time I saw both of those I immediately knew how to use more than 75% of the features because I have huge Affiliate Marketing knowledge and by knowing all the terms it was easy to recognize the matching features. So right now, after reading about JAM on their site I am sure I can help you learning how to use it. Also I can create some banners and work on recruiting.
