i inderstand that you require to transcibe a recording which is in english language. though i am new to freelancer but i have experience of transcribing audio files containing speeches of different people from different countries like Hong Kong, Sweden, Finland, India and many more. i would like to start the work by listening the audio so that i can understand the accent and the topic. then i will start the transcription.
