Simply require to compare two wave files by playing them, take a excel list and write those wave titles which are not similar. like [login to view URL] must sound like [login to view URL] . If it doesn't you add the file to list of problems. We have approx 8400 such small wave files. Remember [login to view URL] is being compared to [login to view URL] which is ideal. You must detect and comment all problems to the sound like spiky, choopy, diphone is cut, low volume, has noise, is blank, is incorrectly said, does not match at all etc.
