I have been promoted a year ago and I'm supervising both our customer support and complaint handling teams throughout Turkey. Our field of operation is tourism and we provide support for tour operators in many European countries such as UK, Germany, Netherlands and etc. My responsibility is for our English speaking partners and clients.
