Responsive Site : edit bootstrap file to enable single click on link on tablet/smartphone display

I have a site which is ready to go live but has one bug On responsive versions, the navigation links need 2 taps to action the link. The first tap just creates the rollover state, the second tap actions the link. I need this editing so that the first tap actions the link This is happening on 2 sites produced by these coders. I need edits on bootstrap files for both sites. I also need to know what edit is required for any future work these coders do I attach the 2 [login to view URL] files for these sites.
