Make a stylized environment in unity (URP)

Hello, could you give more details about what you want in this environment? And what you want in the scenario, rocks, trees, water... etc, have some list of them? And what type of rendered, it will be the project for mobile (URP) or consoles and pc (HDRP) rendering system. Because depending of the renderer it can take more time to deliver. I am game developer, product designer and digital game specialist, work with unity since 2015, and I have some games including VR projects using HTC Vive headset. for the horde!
