Logo and Website Design

I am looking for a basic but professional website and logo design. The website will be 4 pages. The basics of the business is timeshares, for boats. The company is called AzBoatshare(capitalization has not been decided on). So the website will for the most part be an advertisement. The first page will need space for a couple paragraphs to explain how it works. Also it will need pictures of boats with prices under them($99/mo). Then I will need links for "Boats", "How it Works", "Contact Us". It needs to look very professional overall. At least 3 logos must be designed for me to choose from. ## Deliverables A 4 page website with a logo designed from the logo of my choosing based on the chooses given to me. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
