I have card dispenser that connects to a PC via USB. I need a script or executable that will send the dispense packet to the connected dispenser. The script or executable will be called to execute if parameters are met in a database end user interface. Attached are the specifications provided by the manufacturer of the dispenser for the packet parameters. Again all that is needed is a script or executable that can be called from a secondary application. The only command that needs to be sent is the dispense command.
