Imbed function into mp4 video

Hi everyone, We have created a series of videos (10) and we need someone to imbed some functions into them. Basically we need the video to stop then a question appear on the screen. User clicks yes or no. Depending on which one they click a different video is played. We do not want this to be videos on different pages we want this all to be in one player on one interactive video. Usually we could do this out of flash, but we need this to play on the ipad so we are a little unsure what technology to use. We are all open to ears and any great creative solutions will win the job Thanks!
